In the EU, you have the right to return purchases made online or through other forms of distance selling (by phone, mail, or door-to-door seller) within fourteen days for a full refund. You can do this for any reason, even if it is simply because you changed your mind.

However, the fourteen-day withdrawal period does not apply to all purchases. Some exceptions include:

  • Airline and train tickets, concert tickets, hotel bookings, car rental reservations, and catering services for specific dates.

  • Food and beverages regularly delivered to your home (e.g., grocery deliveries).

  • Custom or personalized items (such as Papira Club albums or personalized products).

  • Sealed audio, video, or computer software media that have been opened.

  • Online digital content if you have already begun downloading or streaming it and agreed to waive your right of withdrawal.

  • Products purchased from private individuals, not businesses or sellers.

  • Urgent repair and maintenance contracts (e.g., if you call a plumber to fix a leaking tap, you cannot cancel the job once the service price has been agreed).

The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after you receive the products. For service contracts, the withdrawal period ends fourteen days after the conclusion of the contract. If the withdrawal period ends on a non-working day, it is extended to the next working day.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at papiraclub@gmail.com.

Shipping costs to return your defective item are covered by us, and the return must always include a tracking number.

Non-Refundable Gift Card Balance Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Papira Club, located at [insert Papira Club address], hereinafter referred to as “The Company,” and the gift card holder, hereinafter referred to as “The Holder.” This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions relating to the non-refundable balance on the gift card issued by The Company.

Gift Card

  • The Company offers gift cards that can be purchased and reloaded by The Holder.

  • The gift card is issued by The Company and is valid for purchasing products or services on The Company’s website, in accordance with the conditions stipulated on the gift card and on the website.

Non-Refundable Balance

  • The balance loaded onto the gift card is non-refundable in cash and cannot be transferred to another gift card.

  • Under no circumstances will the balance of the gift card be refunded, either in part or in full, in cash or other means.

Exceptions

This Agreement does not affect the legal rights of the Holder under the applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Term

This Agreement takes effect from the date of issuance of the gift card and remains in effect until the card balance is depleted or The Company ceases to exist.
The gift card will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
